This training is designed to give you the basic skills and tools to use in order to become a successful loan officer. We will start out with the very basics to help you learn and understand our business, then give you some actual examples to begin applying these basics. Once you have mastered these, we will give you more advanced, in depth training to expand your knowledge, and more actual examples to practice. This is the major difference between our training and that of the competition. The best way to learn this business is by doing it, so when you finish this course, you will be able to originate, pre-qualify, and place a mortgage loan. You can stop the recording at any time to better learn and comprehend this information before going on to the next segment. This training will contain most of the essential information you will need in order to generate, process and close residential mortgage loans.

The courses available on this site focus on new Loan Officer Education, as this has been the biggest need in our industry. However, we also currently have Reverse Mortgage training available, and will soon have an advanced FHA training, as well as Commercial Loan training. Much of your success will depend on your own hard work both in this training and out in the field. We advise you to watch these recordings many times before you begin originating mortgage loans.
Finally, we hope that this training will be both enjoyable and rewarding and wish you every success in your new chosen profession.
